By booking an appointment with NailsByDlband, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or through our booking partners.

Please ensure your contact details are accurate when making a booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to 100% of the booking value.

Missed appointments may be charged up to 100% of the booking value.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may receive a reduced treatment time.

If you are significantly late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash and major card payments.

Health & Safety

Clients must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, sensitivities, or other relevant health concerns before treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it may not be safe to proceed.

Patch tests may be required for certain treatments.

Results

Treatment results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

Liability

NailsByDlband accepts no responsibility for allergic reactions where patch testing has been declined or where relevant information has not been disclosed before treatment.

Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their own belongings during appointments.

Refunds

Services already provided are non-refundable.

Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

If NailsByDlband cancels an appointment, a full refund or alternative appointment will be offered.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
