At NailsByDlband, we aim to provide a high-quality service to every client.

Services

Due to the nature of beauty treatments, services already provided are non-refundable.

If you are unhappy with a treatment, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Deposits & Booking Fees

Any deposits or booking fees paid are non-refundable unless NailsByDlband cancels the appointment.

Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to 100% of the booking value.

Missed appointments may be charged up to 100% of the booking value.

Products

Unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are unopened, unused and in their original condition.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
