Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking your appointment

NailsByDlband is a private, women-only studio and all treatments are by appointment. Please book the correct treatment so we can allow enough time. If you need a removal, repair or nail art, please choose the matching option or add-on. Your confirmation will be sent to the contact details you give us.

Deposits

Some treatments need a deposit to secure your slot. Deposits are taken off your final bill and are non-refundable, unless we cancel the appointment.

Changing or cancelling

You can reschedule or cancel through your account or by calling 07828 366668. Please give at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice may be charged up to 100% of the booking value.

Late arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you are late, we may need to shorten your treatment so the next client is not delayed. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit kept.

Missed appointments

Missed appointments may be charged up to 100% of the booking value. Repeated no-shows may mean we ask for full payment in advance for future bookings.

If we need to change your appointment

If illness or an emergency means we have to move your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible to rebook. If you do not want a new time, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Health, patch tests and children

Please tell us about any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment. Lash and brow tint treatments may need a patch test at least 48 hours beforehand. To keep the studio calm and safe, please do not bring children or extra guests unless agreed in advance.
