By booking with us, you agree to these terms. Our Booking & Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy also apply. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under UK consumer law.

Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by phone or through our booking partners. A booking is accepted once it is confirmed. Please make sure your contact details are correct. Ours is a private, women-only studio and all appointments are by booking only.

Cancellations, late arrivals and deposits

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, may be charged up to 100% of the booking value. Late arrivals may receive a shorter treatment, and if you are significantly late your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel. Full details are in our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Prices and payment

The price you pay is the price shown or confirmed when you book. Payment is due at the time of your treatment unless agreed otherwise. We accept cash and major cards.

Health and safety

Please tell us about any allergies, medical conditions, sensitivities or other relevant health concerns before your treatment. Patch tests may be required for some lash, brow and nail treatments. We may decline or postpone a treatment if we reasonably believe it would not be safe.

Results and aftercare

We carry out every treatment with reasonable care and skill. Results vary with your natural nails, lashes and skin, and how long they last depends on following the aftercare advice we give you. If you are unhappy, please follow our Refund Policy so we can put it right.

Conduct and personal belongings

We may refuse or stop a treatment where behaviour is abusive or unsafe. Please keep your belongings with you during your appointment.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where that would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. We are not responsible for reactions where a required patch test was declined, or where relevant health information was not shared with us before the treatment.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future bookings. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
